Convenience stores are everywhere in Japan, you will know it sooner when you visit Japan,
it helps if you know you can buy a takeout coffee.

Popular convenience stores in Japan are “7-eleven”, “Lawson” and “Family Mart”.
You can find EVERYWHERE throughout Japan, there is no worry about to find them.
They have own takeout coffee services, and actually tastes are good. (I think)
You can buy not only coffee but also cafe latte and other specialties.
Family Mart
The takeout coffee service at Familymart is called “Famima Cafe”.
• Hot Drinks
Go To Cashier And Pay
Just go to a cashier and order a drink you like.
There are two sizes, which are “SMALL” and “MEDIUM“
You will get a cup from the cashier after payment.
• Iced Drinks
Get a cup filled with ice from a freezer and go to a cashier.
Steps For Making Drinks
You can find a coffee machine in the “eat-in” corner or the counter next to cashiers.
Place the cup you paid.
Peel the plastic, place the cap for an iced drink, don’t take out ice cubes.
Press the button which you order and pay.
Especially, do not mistake the size.
Lids, milk, sugar, stir sticks, sorrows, sugar syrups (Generally Iced coffee in Japan is unsweetened) on the shelf, make sure the size of the lid.
There are flavor powders at Family Mart as you like.

Although the store where has a self-service machine, they may offer you to serve the drink.
